Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage: supplier audits, customer and third party audits, raw-material non-conformance system, customers’ complaint.
- Responsible for: internal audits, HACCP, product specification, allergen system.
Skills and competencies:
- Objective setting skills
- Quality auditing qualifications - Ability to Lead, Plan, Organise, Motivate and Control personnel
- HACCP - in depth knowledge of Food Safety
- Knowledge of BRC Systems
- Food Hygiene certificate Level 2- minimum
- Food Technology & Statistical knowledge.
