Job Details
My client are currently seeking a Operations Manager for their site based in East Midlands. This is a position for someone who is potentially looking for a step up in their career. This is a Monday - Friday position working 9am-5pm.
To be responsible and accountable for the performance of the Operations and the Manufacturing KPI’s. The role is responsible for coordinating, organising and controlling operations within the factory. This hands-on position will use leadership and active engagement to develop and lead the manufacturing team in translating corporate goals and customer demands into daily production achievements. This role is responsible for ensuring we are producing the highest quality product with the total lowest cost to meet and exceed customer expectation, whilst ensuring this is done in accordance and adherence to food safety, health & safety and all other relevant legislation. This role will drive the manufacturing strategy framework objective.
