Well if you're an experienced QA within the food manufacturing industry, you could be about to make that step up to Supervisor you've been after.

On top of that you'll be entering a business that has doubled in turnover every year for the past 3 years, and with that continued growth there is every chance that this role could lead to management in next to no time. Something that the Technical Manager has already eluded to.

Also, the Technical Manager will be required to be out and about visiting customers and suppliers on a more regular basis, meaning that you will ultimately be required to look after the site in their absence.

You'll be coming in to spearhead a relatively small QA team, some of which are very limited in terms of experience. Therefore a massive part of this role is the coaching and development of your team to really push and get the most out of them.

With some exciting projects in the pipeline, as well as the launch of new products, there's plenty going on for you to get your teeth stuck in to.

Whether you're an experienced QA looking to step up to Supervisor, or already an experienced Supervisor/Team Leader - there will still be a lot to learn in this role, as well as progression opportunities.
