Assistant Factory Manager

Our clients specialise in providing high quality ready meals for supermarkets and foodservice. 
They operate a state of the art factory in Lancashire.

The purpose of the role is:

• To support the Factory Manager in the management of all aspects of the factory so that the dual objectives of excellent customer service and a high level of efficiency and cost effectiveness are simultaneously achieved. 
• To be a proactive and constructive member of the Factory Management Team and to proactively support the maintenance and development of the company’s reputation as a great place to work.

Applicants should have experience in a Production Manager role in the food industry and have excellent Managerial and Leadership skills.

Candidates that have a meat background will be preferred

Indicative Salary Range: £30000 - 40000
