I am working with a leading chilled food company based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to add a Senior NPD Technologist to the team
This multisite company is going from strength to strength, with the role coming to fruition due to company growth and securing new business
You will support the NPD Manager in co-ordinating the NPD and EPD projects through customer briefs
Your role will require you to deliver on customer insights whilst taking into account relevant food trends, factoring in customer and consumer feedback to develop exciting new products
Key Responsibilities:
- Following briefs from customers, planning, prioritising and managing your own time accordingly
- Work effectively from concept to launch
- Support the benchmarking programme
- Take ownership for all aspects in the product
- Customer facing for major UK retail accounts
- Product presentations and reviews
The Candidate:
- Ideally degree educated with a Food Science or similar degree
- Previous experience in an NPD role within FMCG food manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Possess a full UK driving licence
Salary circa £30k DOE
