If you are an experienced Production/Factory/Operations Manager that has a proven track record of overseeing significant change on site whilst operating at a senior level and looking for a new challenge please get in touch!

Reporting into the senior team you will have the typical responsibilities associated with the title. Your focus will be production but will also have an insight into other sectors within the business.

Everyone knows that times of the year like the Christmas rush is always crackers and with several busy points throughout the year to consider, experience working in environments with significant periods of seasonal peaks is a must.

Following some important changes across the site due to exciting prospects, you will thrive off a challenge and have experience overseeing significant transformation. You will be a fantastic influencer and take a consultative approach that will enable all to understand any new approaches or changes required to new and loyal staff alike.
