Job Details
Our client are a leading food manufacturer in the UK. A fantastic vacancy has arisen for a Purchasing Manager in Northamptonshire.
The Role:
- Responsible for purchasing packaging and indirects
- Develop relationships with suppliers and create supplier agreements
- Analyse spend data and identify cost savings
- Define and develop purchasing strategies
- Work closely with the Head of Purchasing
The Candidate:
- Strong procurement experience within FMCG is essential
- Charismatic individual
- Analytical and numerical
- CIPS Qualified or studying is beneficial
- Strong IT skills – MS Office and MRP
