You will be working within an Engineering team that is primarily focused around reliability and planned maintenance. There is a lot for you to learn with the fully automated machinery. However the company training will help with that. If you're an Electrical superstar then this is right up your street, as you will be able to experiment with PLC systems to improve efficiency.
Also to add to the excitement, you will be working with one of the UK's leading products. I can almost guarantee there is one of their product in your household. The culture is very team orientated, they are not the type of business that are going to whack you over the head with a spanner if you make a mistake. You will be visible in this positon, which also means that progression is inevitable, if you put the graft in.
All sounds good so far, right… There are no hidden agendas with this and you will not regret getting in contact with me about it.
