This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established food business which is a leading importer and distributor of food and beverage products to the UK market.
The purpose of the Field Sales Representative is to explore business opportunities, open new accounts and conduct sales in supply chain/multiples.
You will manage and expand business partnerships with the multiples, liaise with the customer and internal staff to guarantee an efficient customer service, carry out sales promotions and marketing activities, respond to and follow up sales enquiries, monitor and report on activities, conduct market research, competitor and customer surveys and follow the company mission to ensure customers view the business as a credible, innovative, competent and prestigious company in the UK market.
We are looking for a bright, forward-thinking and passionate individual with a solid sales background, within the food & beverage industry. You will ideally be educated to a degree/HND level in a business-related discipline and to succeed you will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and customer focused. A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to undertake regular travel, including 2 overnight stays per week is essential.
The Field Sales Representative is based in the London / South East region and is paying £30,000 - £45,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
