This forward thinking, innovative and exciting brand create nutritious premium products across a range of food categories. They are continually expanding and are now seeking an energetic Logistics Coordinator to join the team and help deliver growth plans.

The Role

You’ll be reporting to the Logistics Manager supporting the strategy of delivering their wonderful products onto supermarket shelfs. The role will involve receiving and processing daily orders through their SAP system and ensuring the correct orders are raised by the warehouses and the stock is despatched. You’ll have strong use your communication skills to develop key relationships with their retail partners, national and international sales teams, logistic partners, finance and operations teams. This will enable you to continually drive process improvement and support with company objectives.

Representing the logistics team you’ll support the development of new products giving you exposure to the wider business. You’ll also be maintaining and updating the department’s database where you’ll be processing orders, managing stock levels and extracting key information for weekly sales reports and supply chain meetings.

The Person

We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics or Supply Chain Administrator looking to effectively use their time management and interpersonal skills to support this fast paced team. Great customer service and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising closely with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. Strong office and administration proficiencies including exceptional Excel skills, in particular Pivot and LookUps, are vital to achieve success in this key role. Due to location, it is also a requirement for candidates to have a UK driving licence and there will be travel required to their warehousing partners.
