First Achieve are partnering with an established Food Manufacturer based in London with a view to recruit a new Commercial Sales Manager, this role has become available due to a retirement in the business and will be part of the senior management team with potential to grow in a director level position long term.

The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales of the business and to bring with you a new direction in the entire sales strategy.

Primary duties include: Increasing business margins, driving the Sales team and generating submitting daily KPI's and related sales documents, collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company sales strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive increased profitability, revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability

The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. You must have experience with dealing with all the Major Food Service Operators / Wholesalers / Cash & Carry's I Frozen Food Distributors across the UK and Europe.

The role will offer the successful candidate a salary of up to £55k plus car, bonus, laptop, mobile phone and pension. This role will also offer the successful individual the opportunity to help drive this business forward and possibly grow into a director level position.
