Site Services Engineer Lead role to take ownership of the facilities department, maintaining site services whilst ensuring compliance.

We're working on behalf of a food manufacturing company based in Norfolk who are investing heavily into both their business and their people. Their engineering department is on an exciting journey, striving for world class manufacturing standards. Significant investment is due to be made into their facilities department creating a need for a Site Services Engineer to lead the growth and development of the division.

The Site Service Engineer will have varied duties ranging from hands on maintenance of the site facilities such as refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, water, steam, air compressors etc to handling legislation and compliance, such as pest control and customer audit non conformances. As the facilities department develops the role will grow with responsibility and autonomy.

We're looking for someone who is:

* Qualified in electrical and mechanical practices

* A competent Engineer with good knowledge of associated site services

* Organised with the ability to communicate at all levels
