£30,000 - £35,000

Our client is looking for an experienced individual who is currently working in the food industry - we are working with a company who focus on development.

Are you driven to progress? Do take pride in developing systems and progressing the site forward?

This role is supporting the Technical Team providing technical knowledge to customers, suppliers and throughout the business. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of food safety and quality standards and able to provide support to all functions.

- Maintaining Quality management systems, reviewing processes regarding codes of practice and present action plants to the Technical and Operational teams.
- Update Allergen risk assessments.
- Update and complete all files for customer complaints - looking at the trending of results.
- Complete and ensure all internal audits are completed to the timescale given.

The ideal candidate must have good organisational, communication and co-ordinating skills. Computer skills are important for this role and the ability to record data accurately.
