Are you the Production Manager who looks at business improvements as a challenge and not a chore?

This is your chance to work for one of the industries leading ambient food manufacturers in the country, who produce branded products. Although they are not one of your corporate giants, they work with every major retailer and for an SME at this level you know you will have the autonomy to implement your ideas into this growing business. As part of the senior leadership team you will have a voice that your ideas will be listened to and in turn acted on.

The business has grown rapidly over the last two years and has recently completed a major CAPEX project that has seen production increase by a third. For this role you will come from a background where you have implemented KPI's and championed manufacturing policies and procedures, to increase production and reduce waste.

There are two Production Manager opportunities that we are recruiting for:

Back Shift 2.00pm - 10.00pm

Night Shift 10.00pm - 6.00am

The shift pattern for both roles is Monday - Friday.

On average the total team size will be around 100 per shift and you will have three direct reports. On nights you will take responsibility for the entire operation.
