Marketing Manager

An exciting new business are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to become an integral part of their rapidly expanding operation. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically in order to develop the brand and manage campaigns.

THE ROLE

• Working closely with the CEO and product managers, taking command of the design, management, execution, continuous evaluation and improvement of product marketing operations.
• Playing a critical role in raising awareness and developing the brand, crafting an engaging and effective message.
• Communicating and conducting meetings with Sales Manager, Product Manager, CEO and Board in order to create a clear and measured marketing strategy.
• Ensuring the products are promoted effectively across all communication channels.
• Managing the consistency of brand identity through all customer and collaborator communications.
• Implementing and measuring the effectiveness of campaigns, generating reports and presentations on their success and adjusting future campaigns accordingly.
• Ensuring all relevant leads are entered into the CRM system and fulfilled or passed on to a member of the sales team.
• Communicating with target audiences, maintaining and developing customer relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for a candidate that shows enthusiasm, initiative and excellent communication skills. However, the following basic skills
would be an advantage -

• A strong background in Marketing ideally within a Technical or Scientific industry.
• A good eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to deliver an engaging and effective message.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and develop an excellent knowledge of the product range.
• Eagerness to rise to new challenges, taking on the responsibility of business growth and expansion of the brand.
• Adaptability in order to monitor the success of campaigns and make appropriate adjustments.
• Interest in personal and professional development.
