Dutch Speaking Supply Chain Coordinator

An exciting Supply Chain Coordinator role within a well-established Ingredients business. They are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Dutch speaker to coordinate the operations to ensure on time and in full deliveries.

THE BUSINESS
A well-established business that uses their extensive experience and knowledge within the Food Industry combined with their strong network of producers to offer their customers the very best service and highest quality of products. They have plans for expansion and are always seeking to offer new and exciting ingredients.

THE ROLE
·Managing multiple tasks, ensuring the smooth running of operations between warehouse/hauliers/customers.
·Monitoring schedules and timings to ensure deliveries arrive on time and in full.
·Maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
·Working closely with the company's partners to set the service standards, advising and instigating actions to improve performance.
·Internal and interdepartmental projects to improve overall performance across the business.
·Operating within and motivating a team, working together effectively and building strong relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We're looking for a candidate that shows enthusiasm, initiative and excellent communication skills. However, the following basic skills would be an advantage -
·Fluent in English and Dutch - Essential
·Experience in European Logistics and Supply Chain
·Experience coordinating road shipments between Warehouse and Customers.
·Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
·Track record of meeting targets and deadlines in a reliable and efficient manner.
·Outstanding team working skills.
·Willing to be a part of a challenging project.
·Customer service driven and good interpersonal skills.
·Degree in Management/Operations/Logistics preferred.
