QA Supervisor/QA Shift Manager

You have made the decision that you are ready to make the move from your current role to the unknown...well into the next FMCG environment suprvising a team of QA's in a fast paced (fun) environment.

You will be reporting directly to the QA Manager but from time to time you will have the extra responsibilty to deputise for the QA Manager. This will give you the taste for the progression which the company encourages- they will always recruit from within.

You'd be responsible for motivating, encouraging and coaching your team to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their own workload. You would be supporting with complaint investigations and then expected to implement any necessary actions. You are familiar with the responsibilties of a QA supervisor from your time in the food industry so I won't list off the expectations and responsibilties.
