The Role

  • Managing a team of 3 NPD Coordinators and an NPD Administrator
  • Creating a clear strategy to develop products
  • Managing work flow to optimise output ensuring the right liquids are developed for the correct markets and customers.
  • Controlling all aspects of the department and liaise with the Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Production, Marketing and external agencies to facilitate a successful Business results
  • Controlling all aspects of the departmental budget and ensuring value for money is obtained on all occasions
  • Liaising with account handlers for customer sign off
  • Accurately forecasting (+/- 10% variance) against departmental KPI's on a monthly basis


The Candidate

The right fit is someone without pretentions who is happy working with a large degree of autonomy and responsibility. While innovation is important, you won't spend a great deal of time in the kitchen. This role will suit someone who is particularly strong in Process and Project Management as well as people management.
