Job Title: Site Services Co-Ordinator
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has become available with a large client of ours in the food sector to join them as a Site Services Co-Ordinator. You will be part of the management team in looking after the site facilities and supporting the business across all functions.

You will need to ensure that the building meets health and safety, environmental, any stakeholder requirements and the facility complies with relevant legislation. You will have to do this while managing the budget of the sites materials and equipment and also driving down operational costs.

A key element of your role will be to develop and maintain systems and processes to maintain the BRC accreditation standards. You will also need to deputise at times for the Packhouse Manager and Yard Manager, ensuring all orders are completed in time, tracking KPI's and a furthermore liaising with them to assist in the selection process of new staff.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar role in the food / fresh produce sector.
• A strong understanding of current legislation to apply to the role.
• Experience with maintaining BRC accreditation in a manufacturing business.
• Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate with all areas of the business.
• Proactive rather than reactive to resolve issues from arising.
