Due to development and growth, Greencore Northampton are looking to recruit a variety of skilled positions. 

The roles follow a shift pattern of 5 days a week from 06:00-14:30 - 35 hours permanent contract.

The roles are to be based in Unit C for the new product Greencore Northampton will start to produce. 

Setter & Machine Minder: Responsible for ensuring that our equipment is setup and operated correctly throughout the shift. Both roles suit someone with a mechanical mind.  Required to make sure the correct skillets are present for the product and the machine is set to take the right skillet size. 

Porter: The main purpose of the role is to keep the machines fully stocked at all times. This will consist of getting the ingredients from there stocked areas and placing them in the machine. Porters work closely with the Factory Line Manager to plan and assist them in the day to day running of the factory.

Quality Monitor: Responsible for ensuring weights, temperatures, dates and labels are correct. Must be comfortable using a hand held device, be great at communicating and confident enough to challenge people in the event of a possible quality Issue.

All of the roles involve working in a fast past, chilled environment in a company that puts people at the core. The site operates 24/7 and you will be required to work on a shift basis including the requirement to work nights and weekends. All applicants must be flexible and able to work weekends.

All the roles require a good understanding of both spoken & written English. You will also have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
