UK Site Director

I am looking for a Professional Operations Director with strong leadership skills for a client who is going through substantial change.

As well as setting objectives for the site you will lead from the front whilst engaging, managing, developing and motivating your teams ensuring that the site is reaching its full potential.

You will have full operational responsibility for Operations, Engineering, H&S and Supply Chain as well as P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, have a wide range of experience in the chilled food sector with cross-functional skills across Operations and have a proven track record supplying the UK retailers at a Site or Ops Director level.
