A fantastic opportunity for a NPD manager has just become available. If you are interested in working for one of the biggest groups in food then this is the opportunity for you.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to:
- You will ensure that both new and existing products are cost viable and competitive in the market
- You will need to have excellent presentation skills as the role will require you to present both internally and externally
- To help develop a pipeline of new products and ideas that follow the company's NPD guidelines
- Work closely with Technical, Marketing and the rest of the NPD team making sure that all products launch on time
- To make sure that all packaging that is developed is of the highest quality to ensure product quality is kept at all times
The Ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 4 years NPD experience at a senior level -
- Have proven project management skills
- Be able to follow NPD processes
