Night Shift Hygiene Manager

First Achieve are working with a leading Food Manufacturer in search for a Nightshift Hygiene Manager. This role will be perfect for someone who is wanting to take the next step in their career from supervisor to manager. The main purpose of this role will be to manage, monitor and advance hygiene standards. Guaranteeing that high standards of hygiene are preserved without affecting the safety of the product or the manufacturing. My client is looking for a passionate, self - motivated individual with previous management experience and fantastic attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate hygiene staff and make sure work is carried out to correctly and efficiently to meet the expectations of the business.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports suitable for department heads
• Deliver training to the team as and when required.
• Reporting any issues that may arise that could potentially impact the product quality, production or any environmental issues.
• Deep cleaning of relevant areas following the cleaning schedule as and when required.
• Make sure health & safety procedures, quality/hygiene standards and company rules are always followed.

Ideal candidate:

• Must have previous food industry experience
• Previous management experience
• Food Hygiene certificate
• HACCP & BRC knowledge
• Been involved in audits
• COSHH Qualification.
• Leadership skills
