Process Manager

I am working with a leading chilled food company based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to add a Process Manager to the team                   

This multisite company is going from strength to strength, and is highlighted in the creation of this brand new role.

As a Process Manager, you will work directly with the NPD to contribute to the creation of new products and deliver to the highest of standards for a variety of well-known customers

Your role will be to deliver all NPD projects from customer approval to factory implementation and post launch review stage, and will have 1 direct report

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the factory scale up stage of new developments
• Ensure factory trials are communicated and deemed successful
• Engage customer with product sign off
• Challenge the critical path of all NPD projects to ensure launches are made on time
• Work closely with NPD, Technical, Operations, Finance, Planning and Purchasing teams
• Attend customer presentations
• Run regular process meetings

The Candidate:

• Ideally degree educated in a food related discipline E.g. Food Science
• Strong project management skills
• Experience working in a Process role or from concept to launch

Salary Circa £40k | Monday – Friday
