NPD Coordinator

We are currently working for a fantastic bakery manufacturer who is looking to add an NPD Co-ordinator to their ever expanding team.

They produce a wide range of delicious bakery goods that are consumed by thousands of customers nationwide.

The Role

• Come up with new ideas for existing customers and seasonal launches as well as develop existing products.
• Manage the product development pipeline of all products.
• Source new and exciting ingredients.
• Make sure all launches are managed precisely and delivered on time and to the highest standard.

The Candidate

• Experience managing NPD projects.
• Must be able to work and communicate cross-functionally between various departments.
• Highly organised.
• Good problem solver.
• Lover of bakery and good food.
• Food Science degree or equivalent (desirable).
