The Company
This global food and drink business are looking for a talented Innovator to join their head office team and be a key member of the Central Marketing team who deliver inspiring new products across a wide range of sectors.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage Innovation you’ll be responsible for managing the development process, working on briefs as well as blue-sky development projects, trialling products and ensuring commercial success.   Inspired by new food and consumer trends, you’ll work tirelessly to develop and launch new ranges that embody seasonal trends and a plethora of diverse tastes.  This is a head office based role where you will work with site culinary teams as well as marketing colleagues to create products across numerous product categories / sectors and price points that meet consumer needs.

The Person
We’re looking for an exceptional Innovations Chef with previous experience within food manufacturing across complex product categories.  You’ll need to have amazing culinary skills, a passion for food and understand how to translate trends into products that fit site capabilities as well as customer needs.

You'll have a natural ability to build relationships internally and with suppliers, enthuse them with your knowledge, food values and inspirational ideas. As well as being a personable, charismatic and forward thinking Chef, you must also have impeccable presentation and project management skills to really excel in this dynamic role.
