Job Details
Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a challenging Interim Shift Manager contract that would really suit an individual with an interest in understanding complex kit and coaching people.
As an experienced Interim Shift Manager you will have a proven track record in leading, motivating and engaging a shift. Operating a continuous production facility to ensure process output. Carrying out multi-skilled and pro-active maintenance activities to ensure plant availability and effective running of the equipment.
If you enjoy the challenge of turning around a de-motivated shift, whilst working for a successful, fast-growing and ambitious business, this could be the contract for you.
Three month contract to start asap
Shift Pattern - 3 days on 7am - 7pm, 1 day off then 3 night-shifts 12 7pm - 7am, 3 days off then 4 days on 7am - 7pm, 7 days off then 4 nights on 7pm - 7am, 3 days off back to 3 days
