This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest fresh food businesses as they look to appoint an individual to join their HR department at their site based near Huntingdon.
You will be responsible for setting up holiday allocation and new starters information. You will deal with employment contracts, job offer letters, maternity/paternity leave letters and other HR letters as required. You will process weekly payroll, ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and provide general administrative support to the HR function.
The ideal candidate:
Experience in a similar role - ideally within fresh produce/food/FMCG environment.
IT literate with extensive knowledge of working with Microsoft Office work, Excel and PowerPoint (experience using HR system Mitrefinch would be an advantage).
Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and speed and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
