Job purpose

To assist in ensuring the quality of the products are of the highest level and are legal and compliant

Duties and Responsibilities

•             Daily CCP verification in production

•             Daily start up checks

•             Collect production samples for microbiological, chemical or allergen testing

•             Daily manual temperature checks

•             GMP audits

•             Glass and brittle plastic audits: daily, monthly and 6 monthly

•             Daily probe calibration

•             Ensure recipe and QC cards are available for next production day

•             Collecting samples for NPD from trials and first productions

•             Specification testing and recording

•             Chemical concentration testing

•             Daily product label checks

This role is a Monday to Friday and is 05.30 to 14.30
