A candidate with experience in Food Manufacturing, working to BRC standards, conforming to customer specifications and food safety standards.
The main responsibilities will include:
-Auditing on site raw materials, factory floor activity to finished product
-Maintaining the high standards of service with both customers and suppliers and delivering results with a target timescale
-Completing and updating records and QMS
-Support and evolve of the QA's in line with training, HACCP standards and ability to tackle the task on their own initiative
- Liasing with key stakeholders and identifying issues and close out non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
-Open minded approach and cast new ideas and innovations
For this role Food Science/Food related degree and advanced HACCP preferred.
