Description

As the successful candidate you will provide technical support in order to ensure that the liquid specifications are fit for purpose, both in terms of production compatibility, quality and trade performance. You will be part of the continuous improvement culture looking at all areas of beverage performance providing a source of innovation and competitive advantage for our client.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Research and create liquid development briefs to support Marketing initiatives including legislative requirements, assessing operational options and briefing flavour houses.
• On time budget delivery of new beverage products.
• The creation and collation of relevant documentation including: Draft formulation calculations for review and sign off, Fusion data sheets, collation of technical and safety data sheets from suppliers.
• Working with internal stakeholders and external operators to continually review and optimise beverage formulations and process.
• Providing technical support in resolving specific production issues.
• Leading product tastings/presentation internally and to prospective customers.

Profile

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of product development and the principles of manufacturing within an FMCG environment.
