Production Manager, £25,000, Cambridgeshire

Are you a production supervisor/shift manager ready for an exciting opportunity to develop your career?

Our client is a growing family run business who pride themselves on delivering only the very best and are looking for a production manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating the production team to ensure maximum efficiency and KPI's are met, as well as ensuring that high health and safety and food safety practices are adhered to whilst contributing to and encouraging lean manufacturing attitudes.

The successful candidate should have previous knowledge of working within the food industry and at least 2 years' experience of managing a team. Lean manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential and it is also very important that you have great communication skills as you will be liaising with other departments within the business and with customers.
