Your role as Technical Coordinator is to support the Technical Manager in maintaining and enhancing quality management standards across all areas of production on a day-to-day basis. You will audit and check production systems and ensure the highest technical standards are achieved.
You will gather and prepare samples, carry out internal audits including GMP, audit production paperwork, carry out equipment and calibration checks, coach and train team members in QA principles, complete technical documentation plus monitor and audit raw materials escalating any non-conformances.
You will ideally be educated to a degree level in a food-based discipline and possess previous experience from a similar technical position in the food manufacturing industry. Strong administration skills are essential plus you will have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and be IT literate including Microsoft Office. You will also have a sound knowledge of BRC standards and internal auditing.
The Technical Coordinator job is based in the East Anglia region and is paying up to £25,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
