Business Development - Value Added Meat
I am working with a beef processor who sell value added product on to further manufacturers such as ready meal companies and into the wholesale trade.
They have a strong and stable business base but are looking to grow so this role will focus on helping with that, the likely split is 70% new business, 30% existing.
Meat sales experience is not a must but some knowledge of the potential customer base would be needed.
The role is a business developer / salesman looking to generate new business selling raw beef products in various value added formats. Usual targets would be manufacturers, cooking companies and wholesale business. The role is based in South West England when not out with customers and travel will be nationwide.
Package negotiable for a top calibre candidate circa £35-60k OTE + car
