The job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to enrol on a comprehensive 2 year training programme where you will learn and develop with the business.

As Graduate Quality Assurance Assistant you will assist with the implementation of food safety procedures and standards for the unit including reviewing and improving the existing standards.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits, assess the compliance and effectiveness of the overall quality systems, review responses to audit findings, carry out production line QA checks, assist in delivery food safety training to Operatives and complete all related documentation.

Your experience

You will be educated to a degree level in a food related discipline and any food manufacturing QA experience from a university placement is highly desirable. You will have a basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems. This role would suit an individual who is looking for their first full time food industry job with a passion for food quality and safety standards. To succeed, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment, have a team approach and possess good communication skills. A driving licence will be required due to site location.

The Graduate Quality Trainee job is based in the North West Wales region and is paying £18,000 - £20,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
