Senior Packaging Consultant

The company

This long established food and drink brand are anticipating growth across their categories and are looking for a Senior Packaging Consultant to support them with a specific business initiative.

The Role

You will work with teams across the business to lead the review of the packaging function and ensure that they have the structure and resources to keep pace with the company’s growth plans. With your extensive experience within the packaging sector you will be able to understand the various roles within the business and be able to make recommendations that will help strengthen the team. You will work collaboratively with senior managers and work to support them in delivering the changes in a positive and impactful way.

 The Person

This role would suit a high calibre senior manager with a wealth of experience within the packaging sector (food, drink, FMCG) who is fully conversant in all aspects of packaging development, understands the roles and importance the packaging function plays in company expansion. This will include experience of managing and shaping teams to perform, as well as being able to really understand the culture and values of a business in order to make the right recommendations that will help drive the business forward.
