Production Shift Manager

We are currently looking for a customer focused, strong leader to join one of the fastest growing manufacturers within their product sector.

Due to their continued growth, our client is actively seeking a new Shift Manager to help guide the established team to continue to push from strength to strength.

It would prove to be an advantage to be experienced in implementing lean principles as this position will enable you to make significant change and truly put your stamp on the role.

Reporting to the Site Production Manager, you will oversee the full manufacturing process within production and will be required to be hands on and will be based predominantly on the factory floor.

It is essential you have a background in FMCG operations and experience leading and managing a team effectively within the food or drinks manufacturing industry. You will also be HACCP and IOSH trained.
