This N.Lincolnshire based FMCG Site Production Manager position will be the figure head of a highly automated, niche manufacturing plant.

Client Details

Our client are an international FMCG manufacturing organisation with a number of sites throughout the UK and ROW. Their N.Lincolnshire presence is a leader in it's field and through continued investment has seen year on year growth.

Description

Reporting into the Site Director the Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overall operations, meeting production targets and managing a site budget. This pivotal role has overall responsibility for production, engineering, quality, storage & distribution and HSE.

Other responsibilities include:

*Achieving production KPI's against plan

*Controlling the sites budget and P&L

*Prioritising HSE at all times

*Implementing CI and Lean initiatives

*Ensuring customers receive goods OTIF



Profile

The successful Manufacturing Manager will have a range of the following:

*Experience managing a fast paced automated manufacturing process (ideally FMCG industry)

*Relevant qualifications related to manufacturing, engineer or similar

*Leadership - ability to lead from the front and manage the site operations

*Able to understand production systems and processes

*Experience implementing CI/Lean tools and techniques
