The job

This is a very unique opportunity where you will join the business in a Trainee Managing Director position. This is an accelerated consultancy programme - the long-term goal (2-5 years) is to learn all aspects of the business inside out, enabling you to progress into a Managing Director role of a successful, multinational business.

During your graduate programme, you will work within all business departments including production, commercial, supply chain, purchasing, food safety and marketing, learning all aspects of the business.

The company will be extremely dedicated to your professional development, with a focus on providing you with a solid and valuable foundation to grow your career and secure a pivotal role in the business.

Your experience

You will ideally be a holder of a food science/technology, business management, commercial or related degree (or equivalent) and a passion for organic, natural and gluten-free products/lifestyle is an absolute must. Knowledge of nutritional labelling, UK/EU food laws, HR & finance and food processing equipment is an advantage. To succeed, you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A love of food and fluency in German is also essential.

The Graduate Management Scheme is based in the South East region and is paying £18,000 plus dividends commencing after 6 months. The working hours are Monday to Friday.
