Continuous Improvement Coordinator | Food Manufacturing
This well-known global food manufacturer is looking for a Continuous Improvement Process Control Coordinator to assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of process control, ensuring optimal efficiency at the lowest cost against strategic lean objectives. They are looking for a professional with excellent people skills and strong leadership and project management qualities.

In this job, you will be supporting the teams with site expertise, compliance with all GMP, legislation and customer standards and working closely with all personnel in achieving variation reduction through continuous improvement of the site process controls.
You will also closely support the Process Improvement Manager in creating a culture of best practice and process control that focuses on variation reduction and elimination of waste in all forms.
What you'll need to succeed:
In order to be considered for this job you will have in depth knowledge and expertise within the food and drink manufacturing industry, particularly with sterilisation methods and equipment. You must also have relevant Health & Safety/Food Safety qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH. It is also desired that you have a knowledge of legislation and customer requirements.
Practical experience of Process Control, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Standardised Work, Problem Solving, TPM, Kaizen and OEE is also imperative for you to be considered. It is also essential that you are Lean Sigma Green Belt certified.
