Looking for a proven Interim Training Manager with experience of creating a training plan for a new factory/
My client is looking to recruit a proven Interim Training Manager for an initial three-month contract whilst they recruit for a permanent professional. This is a new role for the business.
You will have experience of setting up a training plan and implementation within a food manufacturing environment. Evidence of being able to cope within a fast-paced environment is definitely key to being suited for this position.
The ability to ask questions, identify gaps, skills required, and then the ability to put a plan in place is key to this role.
The business is looking to recruit up to fifteen new employees, you would be responsible for the induction and on-boarding agenda.
