The job

The focus of the role will be on providing a proactive HR service and support to the wider HR team.

You will build relationships with key stakeholders in the business, prepare contracts of employment, support recruitment activity as needed, ensure all personal and contractual details are kept up to date, production of various reports as required, carry out employee inductions, process H&S medical questionnaires, ensure legal compliance is maintained, deal with all queries associated with payroll and under guidance and support of the HR Manager, offer advice on a variety of HR and ER issues.

Your experience

To be considered for the HR Advisor role, you will have experience working in a HR position within food, manufacturing, agriculture or the FMCG industry. You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and have experience dealing with a variety of ER cases. You will also have basic knowledge of employment law, be positive, hard-working, flexible and can stand up to the fast-paced nature of the fresh produce industry.

More details

The HR Advisor job is based in the Greater London region and is paying c. £30,000 according to individual skills and previous experience. This is initially a contract position until October 2019.
