Food Production Manager

As Production Manager, you are responsible for all food operatives and shift supervisors. You are first in line for operational matters: day to day running, production planning, quality of output, rota, recruitment, training & development, disciplinary matters, factory trials and equipment. You will be supported by you own production assistant.

Ideally, you will

Have prior major retailer experience

Be a member of the HACCP team

Have worked in a BRC environment

It is essential you have:

An analytical and detailed approach to problem solving

Strong Excel skills

Solid planning knowledge

Hands-on management experience in a similar environment
