Junior HR Officer, 9 month FTC, Food Manufacturing, Middlesex
Experienced HR Officer required for immediate start for fast-paced chilled food manufacturing business based in Middlesex.
Due to a recent restructure my client is looking for a Junior HR Officer to join their award-winning food manufacturing site, based in Middlesex, on 9-month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Reporting into the Senior HR Officer you will work alongside the Senior HR team supporting them with complex ER issues. You will work with line managers to identify training needs up to and including middle managers through performance appraisals and PDP's.
In this role you will support, coach and train line managers to empower them to own the HR processes for their people in areas such as recruitment and selection, disciplinary, grievance and conflict handling, communications, and absence management. Monitoring HR KPI's, understand site issues and priorities and the effects on their specific area will also be important.

My client is ideally looking for someone who has worked in a HR Officer role within an FMCG, food manufacturing environment, in order to cope with the pace of the site. Employing over 1,000 people there is plenty of ER issues to get to grips with.

- The ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
