Salary: £38,000 + competitive pension, bonus and training

Monday - Friday (6.00pm - 2.30am)

Are you a Multi-skilled Engineer who has recent experience working in the food industry and is searching for a new opportunity with a company who reward their employee's hard work?

We are working with a successful food business who supply a mixture of food products and ingredients to retail and manufacturing customers alike.
Due to recent success, they are looking for Multi-skilled Engineers to join the team.

Typically, you will be responsible for delivering the planned maintenance schedule, responding to breakdowns and ensuring the smooth operation of the plant.
You will also be involved in new installations and continuous improvement projects.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant engineering qualification, have previous mechanical and electrical experience in a similar environment and a strong understanding of modern food production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

*To deliver the planned maintenance schedule as per plan.
*To respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns in a time efficient manner.
*To identify and implement continuous improvements to factory equipment.
*To ensure all engineering works complies with health and safety legislation.
*To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce negative impact on the environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

*Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
*Fully conversant with food processing and packaging equipment.
*Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills.
*Self-motivated, hard-working and organised.
*Good communication skills.
