A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Despatch Team Leader / Supervisor to join a growing FMCG manufacturing company. You will be walking into a fairly new site and will be instrumental in setting up best practices and procedures.

Reporting directly into the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to a small despatch team. Strong and effective communication skills at all levels will be required as you will be expected to liaise with multiple departments across the site.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the warehouse ensuring all key tasks are completed. You will need good organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own using your initiative. A Key part of your role will be to maintain the high H&S standards and quality of the work being carried out.

To be considered for the Warehouse Supervisor position you will need a proven track record within the FMCG manufacturing environment as a Despatch Supervisor/Despatch Team Leader with excellent leadership skills and ability to train and develop your team.
