Head of Food - Branded Restaurants

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint their first Head of Food. It's not often you get to shape a brand new role like this, coming in to a blank canvas and making it your own.

Here you will be responsible for all menu innovation and consistent food quality across the restaurant estate. You will manage a development chef team and be part of the senior leadership team.

As with any new role, it's important you can form effective working relationships across all areas of the business. You'll need to be engaging, a strong influencer and demonstrate real culinary knowledge and food credentials to have credibility with the team. A track record in menu development with a branded restaurant group would be an ideal background to succeed here.

The role will involve travelling between the development kitchen, head office, across the restaurant estate and out to suppliers. Typically you'll spend half the week in meetings centrally and half out & about.
