Health & Safety Manager

I am working with a Global cosmetics manufacturer who are currently in need of a Health & Safety Manager to be based out of their Wiltshire operation.

This a fantastic business who produce high end, luxury brands and are currently undergoing a period of growth and positive change, so it is a really exciting time to join the team.

It would be standard working hours Monday – Friday and there is a very generous salary on offer plus additional benefits.

Main focus/responsibilities of the role:

• Provide advice, guidance and leadership to the Directors and wider business on HSE best practice
• Keep updated on HSE Legislation & Regulation, translate these into health and safety strategies for the business, and deliverable policies and procedures
• Complete risk assessments, reducing risk wherever possible
• Record and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, produce statistics reports
• Manage projects, particularly improvement focused
