Newly Weds® Foods Ltd is looking to recruit an Engineering Manager at our Banbury site.

You will be responsible for leading the Engineering Department to ensure the machinery, buildings and working practices are to the highest standards. A key part of the role is defining and implementing the site engineering strategy.

You will bring us your practical, hands-on approach, with a willingness to develop your team and assist department heads in keeping the operations running smoothly. You will have experience in electrical and mechanical fault finding as well as planned maintenance systems and procedures development experience. You will have well-developed and well-rounded management and leadership skills, being a true team player.

In the UK we have three sites, Banbury in Oxfordshire, Corby in Northamptonshire and Ossett in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be based in Banbury which has 230 employees. Banbury is a large manufacturing site with three manufacturing facilities, one of which is a brand new £12M investment Gluten Free plant. We also have a research and development facility on site, which brings prestigious customers to the plant. All of our sites are real success stories and the teams consistently deliver significant growth year on year. Banbury’s success is built around a strong team culture, where we work hard together for one another and for NWF.

Terms and conditions, include:

Salary - between £60,000 and £66,000 depending on skills and experience

Working hours - 35 a week, Monday-Friday, however, the sites runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you may have to work outside of your usual hours.
