Job Details

Our client are a well-known FMCG manufacturer with a great reputation in the industry.  A fantastic vacancy has arisen for a Chemicals Buyer in West Yorkshire.
 

The Role:

  • Take ownership of the chemical supplier base
  • Manage existing suppliers and source new materials & suppliers
  • Contract management including negotiations
  • Reduce waste and report on category performance

The Candidate:

  • Previous pharmaceutical purchasing experience
  • Experience of buying chemicals is an advantage
  • ERP skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
